Each company is different, but they all need basically the same things from their recruitment advertising agencies and sometimes they have to search to find an agency that will give them everything that they need. Settling for second best means that the advertising that they will be involved with will not be as high of quality as they need. If they allow that to continue without finding a better agency their bottom line could suffer due to poor advertising – which can be very hard to recover from.
